What this site processes
When you visit this website, the following data may be processed:
- technical server log data required to deliver and protect the website;
- analytics data through my self-hosted Matomo installation, but only if you consent to analytics;
- a technically necessary record of your privacy choices;
- data from external services, but only when you actively choose to load embedded third-party content.
There are no user accounts, advertising trackers or third-party analytics services.
Fonts and other basic website assets are hosted locally and do not require connections to external font services.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted in Germany by:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf
Germany
When you access the website, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical information including your IP address, the requested page, date and time of the request, referrer information, browser, operating system and technical request data.
This information is required to deliver the website, maintain its technical operation and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files are normally deleted after seven days. They may be retained longer in individual cases, for example when investigating an attack or technical incident.
ALL-INKL processes this information on my behalf as hosting provider.
Analytics with Matomo
If you consent, I use Matomo to understand how this website is used.
Matomo is open-source analytics software and is operated by me on infrastructure hosted by ALL-INKL.COM.
No analytics data is sent to Matomo Inc., advertising networks or other analytics providers. I do not use the data for advertising or to track you across unrelated websites.
What is recorded
Matomo may record:
- pages you visit and the time of the visit;
- how you reached the website, such as a referring website or search;
- an approximate location derived from your IP address;
- device type and screen size;
- browser and operating system;
- outbound link clicks and file downloads.
The IP address is anonymised before it is stored.
Cookies
Matomo uses first-party cookies after you consent to analytics. Their names typically begin with _pk_.
These cookies include a random identifier that helps distinguish visits and recognise returning visits.
Depending on the Matomo configuration, these may include _pk_id, _pk_ses and _pk_ref. They are used for website analytics only and are not used to track you across unrelated websites.
Consent
Analytics is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG.
No analytics request is sent and no Matomo analytics cookie is created before you consent.
You can accept or reject analytics through the privacy banner. Your choice is stored locally so that the website can remember it.
You can change your cookie settings or withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect any processing that has already taken place.
Retention
Raw Matomo analytics data is deleted after three months.
Aggregated reports that no longer identify individual visits, such as overall visitor numbers or popular pages, may be retained for longer.
External content
Some pages contain content from external services, such as YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, SlideShare or online map providers.
These embeds use a two-click mechanism. When you first open a page, the external content is not loaded and no connection to the respective provider is established.
Only when you actively choose to load an embedded item does your browser connect to that provider. The provider will then receive technical information required to deliver the content, which may include your IP address, browser information, the referring page and the date and time of the request.
If you are logged in to the respective service, the provider may also associate your visit or interaction with your account.
The processing that occurs after you choose to load external content is governed by the privacy terms of the respective provider.
You do not need to load external content to use the rest of this website.
External links
Links to other websites do not establish a connection to those services until you follow the link. Once you leave this website, the privacy terms of the respective provider apply.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
The supervisory authority responsible for Berlin is:
Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit
Alt-Moabit 59–61
10555 Berlin
Germany
Changes
If the way analytics or external content is used changes materially, the privacy choices may be shown again so that you can make a new decision based on the updated information.
